Altar Boys

Serving in the altar is a true honor and an unforgettable experience for all young men. The Holy Altar, behind the Iconostas, is where our gifts of bread and wine become the very Body and Blood of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Learn more how you can assist our priest, your parish and our Savior Jesus Christ and talk with a Parish Council member. We need you to assist Father John on the Altar. Please contact Nick Pappas to sign up for services.

Greek Fesitval Preparations

- There has been a lot of activity in the Kitchen during the week. Some happy, helping hands came together to prepare over 50 pans of Spanikopita and over 1000 Tiropita. And this weekend more people will be working on Koulourakia and Kourabiethes. There is still a lot of preparation work to be done and support needed on the days of the festival too. Please see a Parish Council member to volunteer your time and talent. Pictures from behind the scenes will be posted on the Greek Festival webpage.

Oratorical Festival

-  Andriana Lozier and Lydia Pappas (Senior Division) placed first and second at the Regional Oratorical festival Saturday, April 12th, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Virginia Beach. They will both advance to the Metropolitan Oratorical Festival on Saturday, May 17th at St Constantine and Helen, Annopolis MD. More information and pictures are posted on the website.
